Team Building and Planning Retreat
Develop the vision and implementation strategies for improved collaboration, communication and cooperation between corporate and organizational departments.
Objectives of the training:
- Understand key needs of various programs
- Explore issues, concerns and challenges.
- Determine new issues that programs will face in the future
- Prioritize issues, concerns and challenges
- Determine what services currently are condusive to mutual success
- Determine what new alliances can be built to strengthen the quality of each program
- Define direction, communication process and implementation strategies to accomplish mutual ideas generated from the session
- Provide time for fun social activities that build team spirit between the programs
Outcomes:
The creation of an effective communication plan which outlines implementation strategies, identifies roles and responsibilities, and establishes dates and timetables |
