- How to take and make referrals to job orders.
- The importance of preparing the client for the interview and learn techniques for improving client’s interview performance.
- How to work with an employer to prepare him/her to interview someone with mental health concerns.
- How to identify if the client needs a reasonable accommodation and how to develop one.
