  • How to effectively contact employers and set interviews for clients.
  • How to take and make referrals to job orders.
  • The importance of preparing the client for the interview and learn techniques for improving client’s interview performance.
  • How to work with an employer to prepare him/her to interview someone with mental health concerns.
  • How to identify if the client needs a reasonable accommodation and how to develop one.
