Workplace Mentoring: Program Development

Providing mentoring relationships is a great strategy for enhancing employees' individual growth and effectiveness in today's ever-changing workplace. In addition, a well-planned formal mentoring program provides a low cost and effective way to respond to recruitment, training, retention and succession concerns. Milt Wright & Associates' nationally acclaimed mentoring consultants will work closely with your organization to create a customized mentoring effort.
The program development process includes:
- Assessing your organization's mentoring needs
- Choosing the mentoring model
- Deciding on program rules and guidelines
- Identifying mentor/mentee activities
- Creating participant training materials
After the program is designed, MWA consultants will facilitate initial mentor and mentee trainings, and they will also provide guidance on how to support and monitor program participants.
