Executive Summary
Employers are finding the largest challenge of ADA is not to be found in the hiring process, but the retention process. An aging workforce, rising workers’ compensation, STD and LTD costs have caused employers to develop disability management return to work programs for all employees.
In this breakout Richard Pimentel a recognized international expert in disability management will review return to work “best practices” for current employees who acquire impairments.
Richard Pimentel will detail the return to work/ADA connection. He will teach employers to make disability management decisions consistent with ADA guidelines. |
