Richard Pimentel is a Senior Partner of Milt Wright & Associates, Inc. He is a nationally renowned keynote speaker and expert on disability management, workers' compensation cost containment, rehabilitation, and job retention in the workplace.  His vast and penetrating knowledge about issues related to disability and people of difference is communicated with humor and conviction.

Howard Larson Howard Larson

Howard Larson, Senior Associate of Milt Wright & Associates, Inc, is a prestigious consultant to business and industry.  Exceptionally knowledgeable about both Workers' Compensation topics and reasonable accommodation aspects of the ADA, his expertise includes design of worksite modifications and preparation of customized, user-friendly manuals and employer training.

With more than two decades of direct service experience, Mr. Larson is sensitive to the issues facing managers, supervisors, administrators and employees. As a result of his expertise, he was honored in 1994 as the country's top rehabilitation professional by NARPPS (National Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector).

Dr. Christian is president and chief medical officer of Webility. A physician, board-certified in occupational medicine, she has more than 15 years of experience building and implementing results-driven disability reduction programs for Bath Iron Works, CIGNA, Milliman & Robertson, ManagedComp and others. 

Dr. Christian is a well-known speaker and trainer as well as a recognized authority in the field of disability. She holds leadership positions in the American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine (ACOEM).
