Anita Wright is an accomplished leader in vocational rehabilitation and employment counseling. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, she earned a master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Counseling and Guidance from the University of California, Northridge. Specializing in the growth and development of individuals and organizations, she designs and conducts private and public sector employment, rehabilitation and training programs.

Following more than a decade of direct service experience with individuals, Anita Lee Wright brings valuable perspective and sensitivity to the issues confronted by individuals with special needs and/or other barriers to employment. Naturally warm and spontaneous, she has been embraced by audiences composed of disadvantaged youth and adults, persons with disabilities, older workers, as well as professionals.

One of the primary presenters in the acclaimed video series, The GOALS Program, Anita brings energy and enthusiasm to this multimedia program. In presentations throughout the United States, she exhorts and inspires employees to achieve excellence in all aspects of work life, from performance standards and professional satisfaction to personal effectiveness training.

Applying the same successful approach she uses with clients, Anita Lee Wright offers highly effective “training for trainers”. New and experienced trainers alike, grow in confidence as they learn to cultivate skills and self-confidence in those they serve. In addition to orienting job club leaders, she prepares trainers to effectively present and implement job development, placement, retention and self-esteem programs.
