(818) 349-0858, ext. 5 so that we may assist you with the return procedures. 

All returns require an approval code and return label with the address of the MWA receiving location. Any returns sent without return approval label will be returned to the shipper at shippers expense. On approved returns, credit shall be applied on resalable items. There will be a $2.00 restocking fee for each book item returned, $4.00 fee for each video or training manual item returned. 

If you have received the incorrect item, please notify us immediately and we will assist with correcting your shipment.
